Why Frie?

History With RCS: In 1964  American citizens paid their CIA to interfere in the internal affairs of Chile. Why?

In 1964 Eduardo Frei ran as a Christian Democrat and won the presidency of Chile. Powerful people in the U.S. did not like that. Why?

President Frei was supported by Chilean urban capitalists and industrialists? Earlier Chilean presidents had represented the rural, large landowning oligarchy. The CIA of the united States of America worked to sabotage Frie's presidency. Why?

His opponent in this 1964 election as Salvador Allende Gossens. Allende was a socialist and did not deny Communist leanings. His political methods however were a lot like those of Mussolini. Why did the CIA and powerful U.S. interests think he was a better man for the Presidency of Chile? Why did so many U.S. citizens agree to meddle in the internal affair of a neighboring republic? Why?

The results of the meddling of these powerful persons and our CIA is that Allende took over the government of Chile during the Cold War as the first Communist president in the Americas. Why?

Did the citizens of the United States think that less than 1% of them better knew what was good for them than did they themselves? I cannot believe that it was because of U.S. citizen's deep hatred for the people of Chile. Why was this criminal meddling? Why?

Do the people really want oligarchic rule? Do they want to be ruled by a tiny few?  Do they want that tiny few to spend their treasure, to monopolize their resources, and to meddle in the internal affairs of neighboring peoples without consulting them? Why?

Why have American citizens refused to be consulted about their foreign affairs and the wide-spread killing in their name? Why in 1964? Why in 1974? Why in '84? Why 94? Why in 2004? Why in 2014 Why?

           Why did they so?

            Will they ever learn?
